It is important to us that our models and application are not only intuitive, but have features that are easy to manage and understand.
To help you get a quick start or assist with a problem we offer a number of sources of information:

 

Self service

Here at the site you find both FAQ, Tutorial videos and also a file archive where you can download sample files, model templates and product information. In your application there is also a User's Manual thath you find under the Help menu.

 

 

Mail support

If you can't find your answer in the self service section and need help the most effective way is to use the Support form to send us your questions. During business hours we will look at it immediately. 

 

 

Phone support

Our support telephone service is open weekdays between 9.00 AM and 12.00 PM and 1.00 PM to 4.00 PM (CET +1), you can reach us at  + 46 (0) 54 21 27 28

Remote support

To start a remote support session click the link to the left. This will download and start a program on your computer that will give our support access to your screen after you provide the connection info that appears on your computer.
