We are a team that identifies Bilprovningen (Swedish Motor Vehicle Inspection Company) processes in a large change project. The goal is to make operations more efficient and avoid duplication. - I believe in processes. More companies work process-oriented and I think it is because everyone realizes that if one defines and describes how to do one thing and then make sure that it is followed, it will increase the quality and efficiency. Most processes are cross functional and involves many departments and roles. - An inspection technician may not have noticed that Bilprovningen is now working more process-oriented because the inspection process is already incorporated and developed regarding uniformity and quality, since many years. Now we want to improve the administrative processes and the work will be completed during the year. Subsequently we will implement them in the business and continuously improve them. - I think Bilprovningen has come quite far already and what we have added now are the market processes. We will develop, sell and ensure that we have satisfied customers. And given the upcoming competition, these processes are getting more important. Göran Dahl, Chef för Projekt & Förvaltning
