GL&V uses 2c8 Modeling Tool to visualize their management system.
As GL&V is a company working with different types of projects and products for the paper industry, they have documented the different types of business and support processes in 2c8 Modeling Tool. They have used swimlanes to clearly define activities and relations within and between the respective disciplines. Instructions and templates are also linked directly to the activities. The management system has been certified to SS EN ISO 9001:2000 by TUV Nord, who was very impressed with the solution. |
