The Flow Model is a tool to controll and follow-up the main processes in healthcare. It is developed in collaboration with multiple county councils and regions. It has been used for follow-up of wait times since 1998 and has now been further developed to a coherent, national base model for systematically capturing information about healthcare flows.Department of Health and social care at the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions responsible for the site and supports the work flow model along with the county councils and regions. |
